Thank you for the link. I just don't understand why when they had so many complaints that they didn't check it out sooner????? They even applied for a kennel license and were turned down. But then again we have issues with all kinds of agencies from child abuse to elder abuse and everything in between. It seems to me these days you have to continue to harp at them to get a response.
