You're right, they should be put out of business!
Not ALL people were taught this from a very young age. Honestly, until I joined Yorkie Talk, I don't know that I ever gave pet stores a second thought. I've never bought a dog from one, but if I had, had the money and saw a dog I wanted in one, I might have. It would not have been to support a puppymill, it would have been out of ignorance.
