Oh my gosh! I am glad that Rosi and your sister are OK! How horrible to have to deal with that all because she walked outside and had encountered an irresponsible pet owner!
And this woman did NOTHING! No "I'm sorry" or "can I help you" or
anything? It would have been hard for her to walk away from me with my hands around her neck! That kind of disregard for others is uncalled for and dangerous.
