If it was a day after the steak, it could've been that.
Pancreas issues come to mind if that is when it happened.
Was it fatty?
Since all three of them had a problem, I have no idea what it could be.
All three wouldn't get pancreas problems at the same time...
As far a Gatorade, that is fine but check all ingredients carefully for artificial sweeteners. I think PediaLyte would be easier (store brand is much cheaper) to get just the right thing. Pediasure is good but I think it contains a corn derivative.
