here is the one I use. very simple. One small box of vanillaa pudding and pie filling (the cooked kind), two c. milk, 2 egg yolks beaten and 1/4 c. sugar. cook slowly until thickened. Cool to room temp. it also helps their milk production. don't worry if she doesn't want the ice cream or pudding during whelping. none of my girls ever eat or drink during the actual whelping. i also have never had but one that vomited days before she whelped.
