So my ribs were a smash at the big bash yesterday. The first guest arrived at 2 p.m., and the last left at 2 a.m. I grilled 40 burgers, 40 dogs and BBQ'd four slabs of pork ribs throughout the day.
Having two grills going at the same time was the way to go. Thanks again for the tips. |
