I know the reason he is doing it when you get home is because he gets overexcited! I know they have small bladders so can't hold it for too long. When you're not there, do you leave the puppy pads for him in case he has to go? I leave my Romeo when I'm at work and by the time I get home, he's used it a couple of times.
