It's not fraud unless she receives a profit from it and she is not.. She will still have to pay them the fees that they charge for cancelling the payment therefore the credit card company is not out any money.. Not all credit companies are so nice so I am saying if all else fails, try that. She can ask God for forgiveness later but in the meantime she can rest assured that she is not supporting a puppy mill.. I am not a liar, but if it is a last resort to attempt to save this puppies mother from a life of horrible unsanitized breeding, then so be it..
