If it's happening some time after eating, then you should probably have your dog bile acid tested...Hypoglycemia happens when they haven't eaten, but if the seizures happen some time after eating, it's not hypoglycemia and could be related to liver shunt...
Idiopathic epilepsy is usually not seen in young puppies like this. There is usually something causing it.
