Hey Dina! Ok their sizing chart is actually more correct than MD. I just measured the cupcake in a size small and it's 10" long. Here is the chart:

The cupcake is actually a tank top, not a dress...but for Pia it would probably look like a dress...
They do carry the XXS, but I would have to order some for you. There's a lot of different designs of that type (stawberries, watermelon, etc.). I believe I have all of them on my site.
No no you don't sound like a goof at all. I wouldn't want to buy something that didn't fit my girls either!
