There is a chicken wire on the top of the fence but the lower part doesnt have it. I am attaching the photo that I drew on so you can see. There was a little skinny chihuahua at the dog run, she was 4 pounds and wasnt interested in trying to squeeze in. I think Mizzwanned has a tiny and she went to that park. I am going to send her pm and ask about it.
