I have a female that is a little bigger and older than Ritz and Shellie. She has become a big bully and I absolutely have to keep her seperated at all times from my small dogs. I am almost positive she picked and killed my tiny shih tzu female when I was away having my baby. She attacked and would have killed my ritzy had I not caught her and she would kill every chicken I owned if I let her run with them.
I have noticed that the majority of her attacks come when she was in heat in her younger years. I have since gotten her spayed but, it hasnt helped. I jsut cannot trust her . I would hate to re-home her not because I am selfish but I dont want her to hurt anyone or anything in her new home. We have learned how to deal with her and although it is not hte perfect situation I think it is the best solution we can come up with. SHe loves to be with my daughters Older male Shih Tzu so that is who she is with when the other dogs ar getting their attention |
