What I do, and this might help you, is to get a sheet of paper every time I sit down at YT. On one side, I write WOMEN. On the other side, I write MEN.
As I'm reading the posts, if my reaction is to laugh or think, I put a check under MEN. If my reaction is to cry or scream, I put a check under WOMEN.
On this thread for example, and not counting your excellent and thoughtful question or obligatory laugh, I have two checkmarks for men (counting my own, of course  ) and four checks for women.
