It's laughable and makes me think they must have written them themselves. They describe themselves as "quirky", more like a-holes IMO. If you have the time, there is also an area on there called "in the news" where they have been featured on the show The view. The link they have there doesn't work so I don't know if its true. However, if it is and being the way Barbara Walters is... i'm certain she would like to hear about that type of customer service. Wouldn't it be interesting if they did a little bit of an undercover operation and got the same response from them in email inquires... hmmmmmm that sounds like a plan. Now, I almost wish I had dealt with them.. I would take it there.. oh yea I would do anything to get that type of treatment in the public's eye.

I noticed that about The View link too, and had the same thought!
