I never had to give Ruby any treats for grooming. But then she never did really fight me during grooming. Reno has been a little more difficult than Ruby, but with consistency, patience and persistence it's getting easier.
It sounds like you haven't had her very long, maybe it's just a matter of time and just being patient with her. Good luck!
