My husband had a ringworm on his calf. Right where a cat would rub up against you. That sucker would not go away. We had 2 different prescription creams. It finally went away within a couple of days when we swabbed it with rubbing alcohol twice a day AND used the cream (lotrimin). You gotta dry it out with alcohol!! The fam. doc recommended this method!
