Ugh, after looking at the manual, I don't see any bmp setting. So I'm stumped. According to everything I've read, you should be able to open the picture in infraview and "save as" a jpeg.
I'll PM you my e-mail address and, if you'd like, you can send the bmp file to me to see if i can figure anything out.
