I found you need to SAVE AS A GIF to your computer - then re-upload it to your 'album' on your profile page. If your picture is animated make SURE you save it as a gif file. I had to re-animate the one I have of my girls in photoshop -
so I'm here too if anyone needs that done -
Cropping a picture helps alot - even one that's normal email size needs to go smaller if you want to show your yorkie - but for the wallpaper - that probably doesn't need cropping cause you want the same thing all over
