My vet says they can conceive 2-3 days after the tie, depending on when the eggs are present. If it was me, I'd take her in on Monday if nothing happens this weekend. That is assuming that she looks good and continues to act okay.
My first litter, we didn't even know our mom was in labor. She was just very normal acting. Then her water broke all over the kitchen floor during dinner. I didn't even know their water could break!
