When a breeder sells a pup with limited registration does that mean she does not want that pup bred? I'm asking because someone on the for sale section has pups posted for sale and I went over to her site to look and I see that one of her breeding females is listed with limited registration so the pups being sold from that particular female are being sold without papers. It seemed a little odd as I always thought that if you bought a pup with limited registration it meant it was being sold to a pet only home? Thanks. Elaine
