Wow...please don't give up on her. I remember your thread a couple days ago about her being afraid when you crate her during the day. If she's scared of being away from you during the day, imagine how she'll feel if you give her away...
Potty training takes some time, but she'll get it. Have you tried dog diapers? They've been a miracle for me.
