Your definitely supposed to keep her still for a few days at least until the dr removes the stitches. The meds do make them a bit loopy but it's to keep them sedate until they can heal some. Give her the meds...surely her mouth is hurting something fierce from all those extractions and her tummy has to be sore.
Yorkies are very resilient and they tend out be very active so she is trying to be normal self but you need to keep her still a bit more.
