 Shorter lengths for summer??
I'm thinking about making ruffled harness vests out of a LOT of my dress fabrics for summer wear. It's just too hot for full dresses in summer heat right?? What is your preference for summer wear??
Is there any of my fabrics that you would like to see in this style?
