Interceptor is sometimes thought to cause less bad reactions in small dogs.
I like it because it is an intestinal dewormer also without adding the extra ingredient like Heartgard Plus has to.
Interceptor is always my first choice but there isn't a thing wrong with Heartgard if it works for your dog.
