Some "breeders", and I use the term loosely, still call them teacups here and charge a lot of money for them.

All these "size-ist" names for small breed dogs are merely an ad-man's concoction IMO

Some people also like the "baby doll face" with a much shorter muzzle. I think that looks quite cute but it tends to be seen only on the really tiny ones.
