That is typical of a luxating patella as it slips in and out of the groove. You still need to have her knees checked. Yorkies are ranked #4 by the Orthopedic Foundation of America (OFA) for number of cases of luxating patellas.

When is she due to go to the vet again? I wouldn't make a special appointment if she's due to go fairly soon, but it's not something I would ignore for too long.
