Try to put a warm compress on her nipples. Do you happen to have any amoxicillin on hand? Your females need some antibiotics as soon a possible. Try the warm compresses tonight and take her to the vets first thing in the morning. Most likely she is just in the early stages and most likely her milk is still good. If left untreated it can be very dangerous for the mom and her babies.
