It's called RC Dental Special - Veterinary Diet and is apparently exclusive to Vet Practices. Quite large pieces in comparison with the itty bitty ones in the small breed varieties but my little Malt gets on perfectly OK with them. I mix a few in with regular kibble and often use them as treats. As well as the brushing effect and tartar control you'd expect, it has the added advantage of urine dilution for those who suffer from bitch patches on their lawns.
Here's some info on
PlaqueOff. It's a natural product made from seaweed and a little goes a long way, but, because of the iodine content of seaweed, please consult your Vet if your animal is receiving thyroid medication.
BTW it's also available in capsule form for humans - see link at the top of the list on the left. I haven't tried it, personally, though
