Just because it's light steel doesn't mean the dog should be disqualified...it's still steel! (Although dark steel is preferable)

The "described above" mentioned is:

"BLUE: Is a dark steel blue, not a silver blue and not mingled with fawn, bronzy or black hairs. "

On this basis with some judges anything "light steel" would be cause for DQ.
