Buddy is NEVER without me outdoors. He carries two ID tags on his
harness. One from the vet and the other from insurance with all the
information needed for his safe return. I did not want to put him through
the stress of chipping him when I first got him and then never did it.
There is no way he can get away from me unless someone steals him from
my home.
