A buyer should do their own homework. It is plastered all over YT that there is no such thing as a teacup yorkie and the very small ones should not have a bigger price, but if someone still wants a very small yorkie then it is their business if they choose to purchase one with such an outrageous price.
If one is not sure about a breeder then they can ask about them on the breeder review section.
If this lady thinks her pups are worth that much money then she can sell them for that. I personally would not spend that much money on one (even though they are beautiful), but someone else may want to buy one. |
