I have Oliver booked for SunRidge kennel in Ripon (waitlisted) and Darby's pet paradise in Tracy. I will be checking them out in person this coming week or next weekend and I'll fill you in

P.S. both are in home kennels. The owners/workers live on the premises and have the dogs in/attached to their home.
