I traveled to Mexico when Lucy was 16 weeks and 2 lbs. and she did just fine. The security had no problem with the Nutrical though they may be a bit more strict during the holidays. I took a wee pad and some kibble (and always take wipes in case of an accident). Lucy just slept most of the time.
