Baxter does both. He still lifts his leg most of the time, but doesn't do it all over the place (like most males that are not neutered-you know, they go around and lift their legs every 30 seconds).
It usually depends on when they are done-if they are done later (like Baxter-I think he was 6-7 months), there is a better chance of them lifting. But, since it was so early....it all depends on the dog though. THANK GOD they are all different.
