OMG...here's the latest thing I've heard, plastic surgery for dogs. That is crazy and should be illegal!! I can understand if a dog has a problem and surgery can help relieve pain or discomfort - but for anyone who uses surgery for cosmetic reasons should be arrested for animal abuse.
