Hi, my little girl just got her rabbies shot the other day and it was also given in the leg. She wouldn't use the leg for an entire day. If she had to put it down, she also limped. I'm no expert on this stuff but I'd assume the shot is causing the limp. I hope your baby is ok and nothing serious is going on.
