Hi t-rex,
They are Biewer Yorkshire a la Pom Pon. These girls were imported from Germany when they were puppies. The white is part of the standard for the breed.

BTW, my Mom lives near you in Keizer, OR. I had Flame and Honey in Albany in April for the dog show. Honey won 4 best of breeds and 1st in Group. Scroll half way down for a slide show of them in the ring at
