Have you taken Bella to obedience classes? If not, you might want to consider it. I took my lab when she was a pup and it worked wonders. My Bella's starting them Monday night and I've already begun teaching her sit, down and come myself.

Practice inside or with her on a leash, tell her to come, use her name too. And sound excited! When she complies, give her a treat and tell her what a good girl she is. Eventually she'll get the hang of it.
