We are actually in Seattle, WA..The reason we can't take him anywhere else is that he needs oxygen at all time right now to live..I have a feeling that he had a bit of a cough and the tube just threw him over the edge. I have put in a call to two other Vets to see if the Vet is liable for this problem. Thanks for the help. |
