What in the world is wrong with some people
I'm so disturbed by this story. How in the world could anyone do such a sick and twisted thing to an innocent animal. That poor girl now has to live with those memories of seeing her dog's head for the rest of her life. How terrible and I truly hope they find the sicko that did this.
